Move IN / Out Cleaning
A Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom cleaning designed to fully
refresh a home after a previous occupant has moved out and prepare the property for the next
tenant or homeowner.
This service is intended for homes that require a thorough turnover cleaning, including detailed
attention to areas throughout the home to ensure the property is as clean and refreshed as
possible for its next occupant.
If you are moving into a home that has already been professionally or thoroughly cleaned and
you are simply looking for a light refresh or maintenance cleaning before moving in, please let
us know when booking. In these situations, a Standard Cleaning may be more appropriate than
a full Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning.
Providing us with accurate information about the home’s current condition helps us schedule the
appropriate service, allocate the correct amount of time, and ensure your cleaning meets your
expectations.
Move In / Out Cleaning Checklist
Home must be completely empty and free of trash & junk; removal of trash/junk is not included

Considerations
- Light tidying up before we arrive is recommended: Clear sink of dishes- up to ¼ a sink full is included anything more is an add on, move furniture to make an area accessible, pick up items from floor, remove items from counters, put away valuables and/or important information/items, move appliances out if appropriate prior to our arrival.
- Extensive decluttering/ organizing is not included in your standard checklist please help prepare before our arrival or speak with us for an added on service!
- If you see anything on your checklist that is not included, and you would like added please let us know so we can include the service.
- We will dust up to 10 feet high using an extension duster, and we will properly clean every area that we reach on tiptoes. We don't use step stools or ladders.
